Essentials Mama was created to help a mama out when packing her bag with all the essential items she may need during her hospital stay or in those first few weeks at home making recovery that little bit more comfortable!

After labour (or even before), you can become a little constipated. By drinking Metamucil it can help to relieve bloating and constipation by getting everything softer and free moving. Please see back of packet for directions.
