Our hampers are designed to make women feel better and recover faster in the first four weeks following their birth (the fourth trimester). However, New Mama Kits make an excellent gift any time during a pregnancy, as all items inside the hamper have a shelf life of at least 9 months and many items are ideal to pack in the hospital bag. We are working on a new Pregnancy Hamper in 2022....

Yes! New Mama Kit can deliver directly to the New Mum or Dad's maternity ward reception.

Please keep in mind that sometimes New Mums are only in hospital for 30 hours, which is not enough time to guarantee successful delivery.

If she is in a Sydney hospital, please use our hospital express courier service that guarantees next business day delivery.

If the New Mum is having a planned c-section and you know she will be in hospital for a number of days, please book ahead and tell us the preferred delivery date.

Our team takes great care to pack every hamper as specified on the product page. If something is missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do something wonderful about it.

Yes, local pickup is welcomed with prior arrangement. New Mama Kit is located in Drummoyne in Sydney's inner west. If you wish to purchase your gift hamper and pick it up, please call us on 0411458669 and let us know you wish to pick up your hamper.

Local pickup from Drummoyne is a great idea if you are located in Sydney and want a last minute pregnancy gift or birth gift hamper.

Unfortunately no. New Mama Kit is an online gift hamper business in Sydney, run by two Sydney Mums. Our warehouse is located in Drummoyne, and we welcome any online orders to be picked up from our premises. Unfortunately we are not able to have people enter the premises or browse for a hamper.

Please contact us if you have a specific concern about the New Mama's allergy. We will do our best to accomodate requests, and may need a bit of extra time to get your order ready. All hampers have a list of products and descriptions so you can check what's inside each hamper.
